Famed celeb photographer David LaChapelle filed a lawsuit against pop diva Rihanna on Feb. 14 in New York over the images in her sexy “S&M” music video, which was released about two weeks ago, according to Reuters. The shutterbug is claiming that what’s on screen in the candy-colored clip are “directly derived” from pictures he’s shot.
